We had ‘had enough’ of that b@$stard “bump” every time we went in or out of our garage – if you hit the lip hard enough it kept destroying our wheel alignment each month, therefor making our car steer badly and our tyres wear out faster. I used to spend heaps on wheel alignments and new tyres. “Enough!” I said, let’s design the Best Forklift Ramps (Warehouse or Workshop Door Ramp or for your Garage or Workplace) we could imagine, so we did – it’s better than awesome I reckon!

The image above is a 2.5m piece of flat, folded ramp made into a double garage width with two pieces welded together from the back, so it looks awesome!
This was for a forklift in an Ashburton warehouse.

SIZINGS
Maximum length is for 2.5m (but can be customised bigger or to any size by welding the lengths together from the back).
We can make a custom ramp to any height too! 5mm-30mm, whatever!
We have a system that we can make a variable height.

The bigger the depth the less the bump will be (the angle is less).

In this case (in the above image), we lifted the car up +15mm and banished that bump for a nice smooth entrance for the lowered car.
NB: All entrances are different so we can custom fit just for you if needed. For a 4m or Double Garage entrance will be x2 2.5m ramps, one cut to size (an additional cost), or 2x the same lengths to suit the width at equal lengths welded together).
QUALITY
Made from top quality Aluminium – it’s indestructible – great for workshops for forklifts and trucks – it’s super-strong and no flexing!
You can even have a 6mm Aluminium Chequer Plate top for grip.

Me personally, I recommend powder coating them any colour for you, just let me know. It’s an extra $100, just let me know as it takes an extra week.
FIXING
This can simply be Dynabolted in place. I use a Dynabolt (Sleeve Anchor) in 316 Stainless Steel (M10x50’s).
SUPPLY
The ramps can come with pre-drilled holes and all the necessary fittings if requested.
Normally, the countersunk holes are 22-23mm in diameter at a depth of 1mm.
The straight through hole is 10.5mm for the Dynabolt.
If you want to Concrete Screw them down, then this is similar.
The countersunk holes will take the heads of the Concrete Screws and will be about 1mm below the surface of the ramp.
FINISHING
I even have black nylon hole covers to make them look sexy (22mm diameter).

Professionally “PRE-DRILLED” with Fixing Holes – You can install these yourself but you’ll need all the special tools (concrete drill and tube socket etc), or, “INSTALLED” – We do it all for you. We just need to know your physical address and email address for the quote and the total width of the garage, warehouse or shed access point, plus a configuration of Forklift Ramp length(s) that may be required etc, see our quote/order form here.

With PRE-DRILLED (DIY) lengths you need a 20mm diameter long socket to fix the supplied Dynabolts in place through the top of ramp’s 22-23mm top hole, into the 10.5mm base holes; 10mm x 50mm Stainless Steel Dynabolts are supplied as additional extras (these fixings are normally $5+GST each, typically as per how many holes you have); and a 10mm concrete drill bit for drilling the holes in the gutter area concrete, after measuring up and marking the holes on the concrete in dry weather. You will need to clean the concrete area before you start – to be free from leaves, stones, dust and debris, and after you drill to install to get rid of the debris and dust.
NB: Stainless steel fixings (Dynabolts) will be supplied as per how many holes you have.

Full install means 1x site visit & all labour and fixings included.
Fixings are: Stainless Steel Sleeve-Anchors (Dynabolt fixings) and Nylon Dome Covers to suit and hi-strengeth mounting glue are all included.
Installation means drilling holes in the concrete, using special tools to fix down the Stainless Steel Dynabolts/Sleeve Anchors into the concrete (it is removable later by the way!), and finishing with special nylon dome hole covers to make it look sexy. So we deal with all the uneven concrete levels, the slight curves and irregularities that become apparent when we put a straight edge (the ramp) in place, and pack underneath with special wedges (unseen), to make it level and stable amongst doing all sorts of other things to make it long-lasting and hopefully perfect for you.
Currently “INSTALLATION” areas are mainly Christchurch and Selwyn Urban and Rural areas only, Waimakariri (including Pegasus) and neighbouring districts, Rural and the wider Canterbury area and neighbouring regions incur a call-out fee starting at $50+GST.
NB: Aluminium prices fluctuate, so please bear with us if the prices go up again (it is out of our control). Freight/shipping and custom or ‘tricky’ installation costs vary and are additional. All prices are +GST and are subject to change.
