Now fully set up in Rolleston, we’ve got a ridgy-didge laser cutter, folder, and welding setup — no drilling, no mess, no mucking around. We can even blast-cut your logo or get creative with custom designs (think ferns in fencing panels — yeah, that’s a thing).
I’m a graphic designer by trade, so design is covered. I work directly with our engineers to turn your ideas into reality, end to end.
Because we source 5052 aluminium plate directly and handle fabrication, folding, and welding all under one roof, we’ve made it super cost-effective — without compromising strength, safety, or style. Plus, we’re conscious about recycling and clever design, so we minimise waste.

TheRampMan’s 50 mm or 75 mm Fixings Pack contains Torx 6.0 mm X 50 mm or 75 mm long Hardtec SS CSK 6 Lobe 20/- CONCRETE SCREWS X5, Plus 1X Propriatorey Torx Driver Bit, can be supplied with each order – just ask.
Great for security, these Torx six-pointed star-shaped pattern 6.0 mm diameter HardTec Stainless Steel (SS), Countersunk (CSK), Concrete Screws are far superior to any other DIY masonry screws out there on the market like Ramset 14g (6.3 mm) Masonry Screws. These CSK Screws are 100% removable masonry anchors with superior clamping force when used close to the edge of the ramp (35 mm – 50 mm).
Higher corrosion resistance than 304 stainless steel, almost twice as strong as 304 or 316 stainless steel, 100% fully stainless steel. Perfect for use in concrete and asphalt! Hardtec is a registered brand name of an alloy known as KDS2000, made by Daido Steel (from Nippon Steel). It’s a proprietary stainless grade that has been developed to combine the high corrosion resistance of Austenitic grades like 304 and the hardness of heat-treated Martensitic grades like 410 stainless steel.
Hardtec has a chemistry very similar to 410 stainless steel; but also has 1% of Molybdenum added to it. Molybdenum is the element that gives grade 316 its corrosion resistance improvement over grade 304. Hardtec stainless offers high levels of corrosion resistance, the decline of which was previously unavoidable with heat-treated grades like 410.
