This type of ramp (I call it a Caravan Ramp), is unique to the market and just brand new. No one else is doing this.
SIZINGS
Typical size is 1160mm x 1000 for each caravan ramp, but can be customised for your situation.
Maximum width is 3m (but can be customised bigger or to any size by welding the lengths together from the back with strengthening).
We can make a custom ramp to any height too!

FIXING
This can simply be Dynabolted in place. I use a Dynabolt (Sleeve Anchor) in 316 Stainless Steel (M10x50’s).
PORTABILITY
The caravan ramps come with pre-cut handle holes for ease of use.
WEIGHT
The caravan ramps are quite a bit lighter than mild steel!
SUPPLY
The caravan ramps can come with pre-drilled holes and all the necessary fittings if requested.
Normally, the holes are 10mm in diameter.
If you want to Concrete Screw them down, then this is similar.
The countersunk holes will leave the heads of the Concrete Screws protruding out the top on the surface of the ramp, as will the Dynabolts will be.
FINISHING
The caravan ramps are finished with a 20mm-30mm radius on each corner for safety and good looks!

A– The Best Caravan Ramp as a “FLAT” metal plate with Handle Holes – Temporary and Portable Ramp set of two you can move and install these yourself.
B– The Best Caravan Ramp as an “ANGLED” metal structured ramp that has an angle or a fold or a spine or bracing underneath with extra materials used to take more weight (shaped like a wedge or triangle).

The best Caravan Ramps are made from 6mm Aluminium Chequered Plate for strength, and grip in the wet. The best Caravan Ramps are light-weight and easily transportable to store away. These typically cost more due to the extra welding and materials. This is a variable, depending on the actual ramps’ design, so this price is an estimate only.
NB: Due to how the material reacts to heat and TIG welds, we do everything we can to keep the plates straight. All TIG welding is done from behind or underneath to minimalist the rough look of the welds, so you won’t see the welds or joins. There will be heat marks that show through on the seen surface.
